Kings Fashion Fan Shoot Number Two.
You'll be seeing a lot of these fan shoots coming up as there has been a good amount of interest in participating in them! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Erin. We hooked up via Model Mayhem and decided to go to the Capitol today. It was a toss up between this and Old Sac, but since the weather cleared up we decided on the Capitol as Old Sac would be easier in the rain if the weather turned out bad on a future shoot.
The weather was actually perfect for an outdoor shoot today and capturing the clouds over the Capitol building was awesome. For this shot I had to use my super-wide 15mm lens. To use that lens you have to get very close to the model, I must have been less than a foot away from her when I took this shot.
Erin was decked out from head to toe with Sacramento pride. She had purple NIkes on, her Sacramento workout shirt, and did her eyes in purple eye shadow - now that's what I call going all out!
Later on in the shoot I had Erin put on her Kings sweatshirt. I put her to work and had her run around for a bit to get some action photos of her. Sometimes photoshoots can involve a little bit of exercise!
For this photo I was going for a candid look as if you just saw her tying her shoes in the middle of a run. Erin took instructions easily and was a fabulous model to work with. I'm so glad I got to meet her!
